All our units have spectacular views across the Caledon River to Lesotho and the near and far distant majestic Maluti Mountains. All units (except for the cabins Reedbuck and Duiker) are self-catering with braai facilities and fitted with inside fireplaces and outdoor fire-pits. The farm’s historical buildings were transformed into chalets that today offer the comforts of modern living without sacrificing the charm of yester year. Carved from the same sandstone that gave birth to the towering mountains of the Kingdom of Lesotho, the chalets are in perfect harmony with their spectacular surroundings. With accommodation for 72 guests we also offer group bookings for celebrations, conferences and workshops.

Our chistoric character stone building consists of 3 large rooms. It overlooks our dam and boasts spectacular views. This large self-catering accommodation is suitable for hiking club members or large families/groups looking for affordable, spacious and comfortable “dormitory style” accommodation.
Stone Lodge comprises of one large room (10 x 8m) with lounge seating, dining for 14 The large room on LHS has 9 beds in it, and the third room, 5 beds with an en-suite toilet. There are three toilets in the unit in total.

Camping and Caravanning
This is a space of absolute quiet – peace and tranquillity. Our remote campsites are large and thus uncrowded. In the evenings listen to the hoot of the owl and experience the vast Milky Way during a new moon. Or when full, the bright backlit silver-blue rolling hills of Lesotho. This is definitely one for the bucket list. Only 5 sites with spectacular views. Caravans only permitted if towed by 4×4.
